The hotel was in a fantastic location just a block from the beach, making it easy for us to enjoy family time by the ocean. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had comfortable beds that helped us rest well. The rooftop pool offered amazing views and was a great place to unwind with the kids.

Two elevators for 17 floors? !!! That’s just ridiculous!!! Plus, having to frequently replace door key cards is annoying. A must for improvement would be to enhance the window opening mechanism for fresh air!!!

However, we faced serious water pressure issues during our three nights, and the room change didn’t happen until we were about to leave. The shower was frustratingly weak.
